Job Overview
Were looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager Sales & Marketing to lead business development and client engagement within the freight forwarding and logistics sector. This role is ideal for professionals with strong industry experience, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to understand needs and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute plans to meet and exceed sales and marketing targets.
• Identify new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and follow up on payments to minimize financial risk.
• Maintain industry relationships with carriers, airlines, forwarders, and regulatory bodies.
• Present market statistics and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics preferred.
• Qualification in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
