Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Embedded Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement embedded systems for real-world applications, taking ownership of projects from concept to production.

You will work closely with engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and reliable embedded solutions that meet modern performance and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conceptualize, and develop embedded systems for new hardware products.
• Design system architectures, schematics, and multi-layer PCB layouts for commercial scalability.
• Write and maintain embedded software in C and C++ for microcontrollers and RTOS environments.
• Build and test functional prototypes, ensuring validation and performance alignment.
• Integrate and test wireless protocols (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, cellular) for device communication.
• Apply mixed-signal circuit design principles to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and partners for hardware integration.
• Perform debugging and testing using tools like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for all design and development phases.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and certification standards across product lifecycles.
• Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and timeline management.

Qualifications & Experience

• MSc in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in developing commercial embedded hardware/software systems.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming for ARM processors and microcontrollers.
• Hands-on experience in schematic design and multi-layer PCB development.
• Skilled in using KiCAD 6 or equivalent PCB design tools.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communication protocols (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, cellular).
• Familiarity with RTOS (e.g., Zephyr) and concurrent system design.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and embedded AI applications is an advantage.
• Understanding of software design patterns and Git-based version control.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Experience in product certification, testing, and compliance standards.
