Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize advanced paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Lead campaign planning, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations to achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to align messaging, visuals, and performance goals.
• Present detailed campaign reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of performance excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field (Masters degree is an advantage).
• 3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing and paid media campaign management.
• Strong expertise in campaign optimization, conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign management tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
