Job Overview
Were seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Deputy General Manager Inventory Control & Warehouse Operations to lead and optimize inventory management, warehouse operations, and distribution processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate inventory levels, efficient warehouse workflows, and seamless coordination across departments and showrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control

• Manage inventory across multiple warehouses, duty-free bonds, and showrooms.
• Implement inventory control policies and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and optimize replenishment.
• Collaborate with brand and sales teams to align inventory with business needs.
• Lead liquidation initiatives for slow-moving inventory.

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Develop SOPs and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Manage warehouse staff training and performance.
• Negotiate competitive rates for warehousing and transportation.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop a high-performing inventory and warehouse team.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Set performance goals and conduct evaluations.
• Provide training to enhance team capabilities.

Systems & Technology

• Oversee development and optimization of supply chain systems.
• Ensure system integration and leverage analytics for decision-making.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports on inventory, warehouse performance, and KPIs.
• Drive improvements based on performance analysis.
• Promote workplace and fire safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Familiarity with supply chain systems and data analytics.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
