Job Overview
Were looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead business development and client engagement across high-value solution sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth in assigned sales segments.
- Build and sustain executive-level client relationships through networking, presentations, and industry events.
- Develop client communication strategies and manage customer engagement plans.
- Lead sales campaigns and coordinate senior management involvement to develop winning proposals.
- Conduct competitive analysis and develop capture tactics and win strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales collateral and communication strategies.
- Manage departmental budgets and support performance appraisal and development planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulations.
- Support cross-divisional coordination and outreach initiatives.
- Promote equality, fairness, and customer-focused service delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Science/IT or equivalent; MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing/Business Management preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in high-value solution sales.
- Experience with budgets, P&L, and forecasting.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
