Job Overview
Were looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager / Assistant Manager Finance to lead the Operational Finance and Business Partnering function. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong management accounting expertise and a passion for driving strategic decision-making across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and timely management accounts and business performance reports.
• Drive business partnering initiatives across the organization.
• Facilitate customer and plant profitability analysis.
• Lead budgeting, budget monitoring, and long-range planning processes.
• Support the Chief Operating Officer in financial decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification (CIMA, ACCA) or Masters in Finance is desirable.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, with exposure to management accounting and operational finance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in business partnering and financial communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
