About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations while driving long-term growth strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and dynamic retail venture in Sri Lanka, with a vision to build a strong B2C presence through modern retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations across cross-functional teams.
• Design and implement effective B2B growth strategies to form long-term partnerships.
• Launch and grow B2C initiatives, including marketing, customer engagement, and sales.
• Manage logistics, supply chain coordination, and vendor relationships.
• Analyze and implement KPIs to guide business growth decisions.
• Build, mentor, and develop a strong team to support business scalability.

About You

• Have 3+ years of experience in operations, ideally in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Demonstrate strong ability to launch and grow new business verticals.
• Thrive in start-up or fast-moving environments.
• Possess strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Are resourceful, adaptable, and ready to own end-to-end processes.
