Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and persuade potential customers to purchase travel products and services.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Maintain a pleasant attitude and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Liaise with travel partners, airlines, hotels, and agents to manage bookings and travel requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regular establishments and clients.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in the outbound travel industry (ticketing, packages, visas).
• Adaptability: Ability to handle challenges and adapt to changing work environments.
• Multitasking: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• System Knowledge: Proficiency in Amadeus and Sabre systems is essential.
• Business Advantage: Existing business or corporate client contacts will be an added benefit.
