Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and execution-driven Training & Development Manager to support and scale the organization's learning ecosystem. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and managing training initiatives that build future-ready capabilities, particularly in evolving domains such as AI, data, and digital services.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership, and actively drives outcomes with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end training programs aligned with business and project needs
- Support the design and implementation of learning strategies focused on emerging skills (AI / LLM, data operations, digital workflows)
- Deliver engaging training sessions covering professional, behavioral, and functional skill development
- Partner with business leaders and project teams to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted interventions
- Monitor training effectiveness using metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes
- Drive communication and engagement initiatives to promote a strong learning culture
- Support day-to-day operations of the Talent Development function and ensure smooth execution of initiatives
- Maintain training calendars, documentation, learning records, and progress reports
- Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, or platforms when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proven experience in managing training programs and working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LMS platforms is an added advantage
