Role Overview 

We are seeking a commercially minded and client-focused Travel Advisor to create exceptional travel experiences for discerning travelers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing luxury travel inquiries, understanding customer preferences, curating bespoke holiday experiences, and building long-term relationships with premium clients. This role requires strong destination knowledge, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to convert high-value travel inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the client journey. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage luxury travel inquiries and customer journeys in a professional and consultative manner.
• Understand client preferences, travel styles, expectations, and requirements to design tailored holiday experiences.
• Curate destination, hotel, resort, and travel recommendations aligned with customer preferences and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with premium and high-net-worth clients.
• Provide personalized travel advice and destination expertise to support customer decision-making.
• Follow up consistently on inquiries and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and customer documentation.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor booking progress and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
• Actively contribute to achieving sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Stay updated on destination developments, travel trends, luxury resorts, and tourism industry changes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client experiences and increase repeat business.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Luxury Travel Sales, Travel Advisory, Travel Consulting, or Travel Curation.
• Strong knowledge of Maldives and/or multi-destination luxury travel markets.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.
• Comfortable engaging with premium and high-value clients.
• Strong commercial awareness and sales orientation.
• Excellent follow-up discipline and conversion-focused mindset.
• Experience using CRM systems and customer relationship management tools will be advantageous.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and customer journeys simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service.
