Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Associate Technical Lead to join our Research and Development center. This role focuses on designing and planning performance tests for Java-based and web-based enterprise applications, as well as developing automation scripts to validate performance scenarios. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and experience in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and plan performance tests for enterprise applications.
• Develop automation scripts to simulate and validate performance test scenarios.
• Collaborate with remote development teams and foreign clients.
• Support Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Maintain high coding standards and implement best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Java and JEE technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Excellent team collaboration and leadership skills.
• Understanding of design patterns and integration patterns.

Added Advantage

• Experience with tools like Dynatrace, Chrome Developer Tools, Datadog, JMeter, JUnit.
• Knowledge of EJB3, Spring, Hibernate.
• Front-end development skills (Angular, JavaFX, Java Swing).
• Familiarity with Maven, Subversion, GIT, Jenkins.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
