Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer / Associate Technical Lead to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end software solutions across front-end and back-end systems. This role involves leading architecture discussions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust full-stack applications.
• Lead architecture discussions and conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to security best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET technologies.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and architecture patterns (MVC, microservices, event-driven).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for clean, maintainable code.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
