WE ARE HIRING: Sales Manager

• Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Develop sales forecasts and ensure timely follow-up and debt collection.
• Understand clients operational and business requirements, especially exporters, and tailor solutions effectively.
• Drive new business development initiatives and identify opportunities in the printing and export sectors.
• Ensure excellent communication and coordination between sales, production, and management teams.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold strong customer service standards.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within an offset printing environment (essential).
• Experience in managing, leading, and motivating a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of offset printing processes and industry standards.
• Prior experience working with exporters and understanding export-related business operations is a strong advantage.
• Pleasant, outgoing personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships, achieve sales forecasts, and ensure effective debt collection.
• SLIM/CIM qualifications (full or partial) are an added advantage, though not mandatory.
