WE ARE HIRING: Telesales Executives

  • Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities

  • Call incoming leads and proactively follow up to promote real estate investment opportunities.
  • Clearly explain key features, benefits, and value propositions of selected apartment projects.
  • Drive interest, build rapport, create urgency, and convince clients to book meetings with the sales team.
  • Update the CRM system daily with lead progress, conversations, and feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
  • Confident, clear, and engaging telephone manner.
  • A natural communicator who enjoys convincing people and thrives on challenges.
  • Previous telesales or customer service experience is an advantage, though full training will be provided for the right candidates.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • High energy, resilience, and goal-driven attitude.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
  • Organized, punctual, and consistent with follow-ups and reporting.
