Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Appointment Setter to join a high-performing outbound sales team serving the US Solar market. This role is ideal for professionals with strong US-voice experience who excel at qualifying homeowners and booking high-quality appointments for Solar Consultants.

The position requires excellent communication skills, confidence in outbound calling, and a target-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to homeowners in the United States during night shift hours.
Explain solar energy benefits clearly and professionally to potential customers.
Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and customer eligibility.
Set and confirm high-quality appointments for Solar Consultants.
Achieve and exceed daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets.
Update CRM systems accurately with call outcomes and customer details.
Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound US calling roles.
Prior exposure to Solar, Energy, Telecom, or Medicare campaigns is highly preferred.
Excellent command of English with a neutral or US-style accent.
Strong objection-handling, persuasion, and sales skills.
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Highly motivated, confident, and performance-driven personality.
