Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade network solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in multi-vendor network environments and the ability to lead network deployments, optimizations, and troubleshooting initiatives while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions using Cisco, HPE, and Huawei technologies.

  • Analyze existing network environments and adapt solutions to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

  • Perform advanced configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of routers, switches, wireless controllers, and related network equipment.

  • Develop low-level network designs including topology layouts, IP planning, VLAN segmentation, routing architecture, and network security controls.

  • Monitor and analyze network performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Lead network upgrade projects, system migrations, and infrastructure integrations.

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configurations, network diagrams, and change management records.

  • Provide escalation-level support and technical guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking roles.

  • Strong experience with Cisco, HPE, and Huawei networking platforms, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.

  • In-depth knowledge of core networking protocols and technologies, including:

    • OSPF, BGP, EIGRP

    • STP, RSTP, MSTP

    • VLAN, VXLAN, VTP, DHCP, DNS

    • TCP/IP fundamentals

  • Proven experience in designing and supporting LAN/WAN, Layer 2 / Layer 3 networks, physical infrastructure, and enterprise wireless solutions.

  • Ability to prepare and interpret Low-Level Designs (LLD) and detailed network diagrams.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
