Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager / Senior Executive – Business Development to support international business growth through market research, product development, and strategic execution. This role plays a key part in identifying new opportunities, launching product lines, managing stakeholder relationships, and coordinating import/export operations while aligning closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.

Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and structure product ranges to suit diverse customer segments.

Develop and execute go-to-market plans for launching new product lines across retail and food service markets.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.

Work effectively with sales, marketing, product development, and operations teams to execute business development initiatives.

Contribute to marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.

Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including product performance, client engagement, and sales pipeline.

Present business proposals, marketing strategies, and product concepts to potential clients with confidence.

Coordinate import and export shipment activities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.

Ensure all import/export activities are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
Qualifications & Skills Required

Degree in Management, Marketing, or Sales.

Full or part qualification in CIM will be an added advantage.

Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development, with exposure to international markets.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation development.

Knowledge of tea extracts or related products will be an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to prepare impactful presentations and attract customers.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
