Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Executive - Study Abroad to assist students in pursuing international education opportunities and support them throughout the application, admission, and visa guidance process.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to guide students and parents professionally while coordinating with partner universities and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on overseas education opportunities
• Assist students with university applications and required documentation
• Guide students through visa application processes
• Maintain accurate application records and tracking systems
• Follow up with students and parents regularly
• Coordinate with partner universities and institutions
• Participate in educational events and recruitment activities
• Support student recruitment and admission-related activities
• Achieve student placement targets
• Manage multiple student applications and ensure timely follow-ups
• Provide clear and professional guidance throughout the student journey

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Experience in sales, admissions, customer service, or student counselling would be advantageous
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered
• Experience in achieving targets would be an added advantage
• Previous exposure to education, student recruitment, or study abroad services would be preferred
