Role Overview

The CRM / Loyalty Specialist is responsible for executing lifecycle journeys, personalization rules, campaign setup, quality assurance, and deployment across multiple channels. The role supports loyalty operations, tier-based communication, and performance optimization to drive customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy lifecycle journeys across Push, In-app, Email, and SMS channels

  • Maintain and optimize journeys for onboarding, tier movement, inactivity, and earning/burning campaigns

  • Support customer segmentation including VIP, VIP Star, mall-level, and behavior-driven cohorts

  • Execute A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and message variations to improve campaign performance

  • Coordinate with content and design teams to deliver campaign assets

  • Ensure campaign accuracy including offers, links, copy, and images prior to deployment

  • Track daily campaign performance and proactively identify and escalate issues

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM operations or loyalty marketing

Technical & Functional Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, segmentation, and marketing automation

  • Strong understanding of loyalty mechanics including points, tiers, and redemptions

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously

  • Data-driven approach to monitoring and optimizing campaign performance

  • Strong coordination and communication skills
