Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to oversee legal and company secretarial functions across the organization and its affiliated entities. This role focuses on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, board and shareholder support, legal advisory, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring adherence to applicable laws and group standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee company secretarial matters for the organization and affiliated entities

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory authority requirements

  • Support the Company Secretary in managing Board and shareholder meetings, including drafting resolutions and Board papers

  • Maintain statutory records and internal disclosures in line with group standards

  • Provide legal support on contracts, dispute resolution, and general business advisory matters

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including regulators, lawyers, and auditors on company secretarial matters

Candidate Profile

Educational & Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Law or Attorney-at-Law qualification

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role with strong exposure to company secretarial functions

  • Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and high-quality documentation and reporting
