Role Overview

The Senior Manager - Sales will be responsible for leading and driving overall student recruitment and revenue growth strategy. The role involves developing and executing sales plans, managing and mentoring the sales and regional marketing teams, identifying new market opportunities, strengthening institutional and corporate partnerships, and ensuring the achievement of enrolment and revenue targets. The position requires strong leadership, strategic planning capability, and close collaboration with senior management to enhance market positioning and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans to drive student recruitment and revenue growth.

Manage and mentor sales and regional marketing teams to ensure performance and target achievement.

Identify new market opportunities to expand institutional reach.

Strengthen institutional and corporate partnerships.

Ensure achievement of enrolment and revenue targets.

Collaborate closely with senior management to enhance market positioning and institutional growth.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the education or service sector.

Proven track record of achieving revenue and enrolment targets.

Experience in managing high-performing sales teams.

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Strategic planning and business development expertise.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
