Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Project Engineer – Civil to oversee civil maintenance, renovation, design, and construction-related activities for corporate buildings. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, project execution, contractor coordination, safety compliance, and providing technical guidance to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and execute preventive maintenance works for existing buildings
- Ensure scheduled repair and maintenance works are delivered as planned
- Oversee repair and maintenance activities to meet quality and safety standards
- Ensure continuous maintenance services through contractor agreement renewals
- Handle contractor payments accurately and on time, including retention payments
- Optimize resources for timely and cost-effective task delivery
- Provide technical inputs and expert recommendations to management
- Support renovation, design, and construction-related building projects
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree specialized in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10+ years of experience after degree completion in maintenance, renovation, design, and construction of buildings
Preferred Qualifications
- Chartered Civil Engineer qualification from IESL
- Degree / Diploma in Project Management, Energy Management,
- Facilities Management, or Green Rating Systems
