Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and analytical professionals for the role of Senior Consultant / Consultant / Associate Consultant to support corporate finance and advisory engagements. This role focuses on financial analysis, deal advisory, valuations, and supporting strategic business decisions within a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support corporate finance and advisory projects including mergers & acquisitions and transaction advisory
• Conduct business valuations, financial modelling, and feasibility studies
  
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and strategic recommendations
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client deliverables
  
• Support buy-side and sell-side transaction processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on advisory engagements
  
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and benchmarking
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards
  
• Assist in audit support and other advisory-related activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and methodologies
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CIMA (completed or in progress)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate finance advisory or investment banking environment
• CFA (completed or pursuing) will be an added advantage

• Strong understanding of corporate finance and deal advisory
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
