Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and innovation-driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – AI Integration & Operations Analytics to lead AI-powered transformation initiatives and business analytics projects across operations. This role focuses on process automation, workflow optimization, data-driven decision making, and enhancing tenant/customer insights within a fast-paced real estate development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate group-wide asset specific AI process automation initiatives
• Identify automation opportunities, map internal workflows, and work closely with IT teams and vendors
  
• Oversee implementation, drive user adoption, and track efficiency gains and manpower optimization
• Ensure AI tools are effectively used for analytics automation, reporting, and enhanced customer / tenant insights
  
• Support continuous improvement by documenting processes, creating SOPs, monitoring system performance, and recommending 
• enhancements to maximize ROI from AI and automation investments
• Group tenants by category, track category performance, benchmark 
• top and bottom performers, and support churn planning through data insights
• Support development and analysis of Tenant Satisfaction Index and Customer Satisfaction Index through surveys and app-based tools
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management decision-making
  
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AI implementation / process automation / digital transformation / business analytics roles
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Data Science / Computer Science / Engineering / Business Analytics or related field
  
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation 
• platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, or similar)
• Proven exposure to internal process mapping, manpower optimization, and workflow redesign
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau preferred)
  
• Ability to translate business requirements into automated solutions and AI-driven workflows
