  • Provide accurate property information and coordinate viewing appointments for clients.
  • Assist clients with documentation, clarifications, and follow-up communication to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Maintain a high standard of service excellence, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Update the CRM system with accurate logs, notes, and complete communication history.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer care, client support, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, patient, and service-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and structured environment.
