Role Overview

We are seeking an Engineer / Business Associate to support operational excellence, energy management, and sustainability initiatives within a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on improving productivity, implementing energy efficiency systems, supporting sustainability programs, and driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support operational excellence initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Kaizen methodologies

  • Contribute to energy and utility optimization initiatives across manufacturing operations

  • Support implementation and monitoring of ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems

  • Assist with carbon neutrality and sustainability programs

  • Support productivity improvement, quality enhancement, and system optimization initiatives

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university

Experience & Technical Skills

  • 3–4 years of relevant work experience or equivalent

  • Hands-on experience with steam boilers and boiler networks

  • Experience with thermal heater networks, compressors, and electrical power utilities

  • Exposure to ISO 50001 EMS implementation

  • Experience with carbon neutrality programs, TPM, and lean manufacturing

  • Preferred experience in large-scale manufacturing plants
