Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at institutional and corporate clients.

  • Plan and execute effective institutional sales strategies to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within institutional markets.

  • Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to institutional customers.

  • Negotiate and close sales agreements while ensuring profitability and compliance with company objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and post-sales support.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional or corporate sales.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Proven sales skills including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Possession of a recognized professional qualification in Marketing and Sales will be an added advantage.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
