Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and well-groomed Sales and Marketing Executive to manage high-end real estate clientele and execute strategic sales and marketing activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and proven experience in client relationship management within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle premium clients with professionalism and personalized service.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Represent the brand with integrity and excellence.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred).
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
• Proven track record in handling high-end or luxury clients.
• Excellent communication in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an advantage).
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Professional appearance and client-service orientation.
• Confident, proactive, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and adapt to client schedules.

Work Schedule

• 5.5 working days per week, including weekends and Poya days.
• Alternative day off subject to supervisory approval.
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM.
