Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on MEP / Field Service Technician to join a growing field service team supporting customers across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair services across multiple technical disciplines while ensuring excellent customer service and operational reliability. This role is ideal for a technically versatile professional capable of working independently across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, and commercial kitchen equipment environments. 

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities across MEP systems and equipment.
• Provide field service support to customers across multiple locations within the UAE.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and equipment-related faults efficiently.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maintain equipment reliability and performance.
• Support servicing and maintenance of commercial air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Handle repairs and maintenance of water filtration and water treatment systems.
• Support installation and servicing activities related to commercial kitchen equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments when required.
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards, company procedures, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Respond promptly to service calls and technical support requirements.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained appropriately.
• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and UAE regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar MEP or field service role.
• Strong practical experience across Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Water Filtration, and Commercial Kitchen Equipment.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage field service assignments.
• Good customer interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• NVQ Level 3 or 4 Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality and safety standards.
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach to service delivery.
• Age between 19 and 35 years.
