Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Intermediate Architect & BIM Modeler to support architectural and lighting design projects through detailed modeling, technical drawings, and design coordination. This role involves working closely with project teams to deliver high-quality visual and technical outputs in a fast-paced design environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural layouts, technical drawings, and design simulations
• Develop BIM models and ensure accuracy of project documentation
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of outputs
• Attend project meetings and document key discussions and actions
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to align design and technical requirements
• Support rendering and visualization for design presentations
  
• Maintain organized documentation and project records
• Ensure quality and consistency in all design deliverables
  

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in architectural design or BIM modeling
• Experience in lighting design or consultancy projects will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong creativity and technical design skills
• Excellent visual thinking and attention to detail
  
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities

Software Proficiency

• AutoCAD (Advanced)
• Revit (Intermediate to Advanced)
  
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  
• Knowledge of 3D rendering tools will be an added advantage
