Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage client communication, documentation coordination, and service delivery within a premium real estate environment.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize all customer-related documentation and communication records.

  • Prepare and coordinate monthly payment reminder letters and related correspondence.

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments on customer-related matters.

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to maintain high service standards.

  • Uphold professionalism and deliver exceptional customer experience at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or sales coordination.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).

  • Experience in real estate or property management will be an added advantage.
