Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Delivery to oversee and drive successful project and program delivery across multiple technology-driven business units. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maximizing value to stakeholders and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The position plays a critical leadership role in shaping delivery strategy, operational excellence, and long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and successfully deliver projects covering all key aspects of project management, including time, scope, and cost, while ensuring maximum value to stakeholders across all group companies.

Lead project delivery and support teams, taking responsibility for frontline impact and client satisfaction.

Act as the point of escalation for delivery-related issues, engaging with executive management and key stakeholders to resolve challenges effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers, making high-quality decisions to achieve business objectives.

Manage, estimate, and continuously improve delivery management processes and procedures.

Ensure internal projects and delivery initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy of each company.

Provide sales support when required and contribute to long-term business strategy development.

Identify required skills, experience, and staffing levels to manage current and future projects, including involvement in hiring and promotion decisions.

Maintain delivery team readiness to support corporate objectives and priorities.

Support product development and business development initiatives for current and future projects.

Create and implement a cohesive global project delivery strategy to improve efficiency, budgets, and processes.

Lead the development of a professional, accountable, and customer-responsive delivery organization across planning, proposal, and implementation phases.

Represent the group at seminars, workshops, pitching events, tech talks, and negotiation forums as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications
-
Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience
-
Minimum of 10 years experience in delivery management, project management, or program leadership within technology-driven organizations.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects within agreed scope, time, and budget.

Strong experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery and support teams across multiple projects or business units.
Skills & Competencies

Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and executive leadership, including issue escalation and decision-making.

Strong expertise in delivery governance, process improvement, and operational excellence.

Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and talent development, including hiring and promotion involvement.

Ability to align delivery initiatives with overall business strategy and long-term organizational goals.

Exposure to product development, business development, and sales support functions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to represent the organization externally.
