Role Overview

The Customer Support Officer (Night Shift) is responsible for delivering professional, prompt, and accurate customer service to global clients. The role involves handling customer queries, requests, and order placements while maintaining high service standards and meeting agreed service timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers worldwide via telephone and written communication

  • Handle customer queries, service requests, and order placements professionally and accurately

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in English

  • Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction

  • Work according to assigned shift schedules and holiday calendars

  • Multitask efficiently while handling multiple customer interactions

  • Adhere to agreed service levels, timelines, and internal procedures

  • Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Strong telephone etiquette

  • Good Microsoft Office computer skills

  • Ability to multitask effectively

  • Positive attitude with a confident, flexible, and self-driven approach
