Role Overview
The Customer Support Officer (Night Shift) is responsible for delivering professional, prompt, and accurate customer service to global clients. The role involves handling customer queries, requests, and order placements while maintaining high service standards and meeting agreed service timelines.
Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to customers worldwide via telephone and written communication

Handle customer queries, service requests, and order placements professionally and accurately

Work according to assigned shift schedules and holiday calendars

- Qualifications & Experience
Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong telephone etiquette
