Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of complex, data-driven digital products. This role focuses on creating intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms, particularly within data-heavy environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes from research to final delivery
• Design dashboards, analytics interfaces, and complex user workflows
  
• Translate complex data into clear, user-friendly visual experiences
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and validation
  
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI standards
  
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all products
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and product discussions
• Stay updated with latest UX trends and emerging technologies
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design
• Experience in data-heavy applications, FinTech, EdTech, or complex systems will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
  
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  Knowledge of prototyping and collaboration tools (Miro, Jira, Slack)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frontend frameworks is an added advantage
