Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead key strategic projects focused on operational excellence, system automation, AI transformation, and process optimization. The role will involve managing multiple concurrent projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with company objectives.

Project Planning & Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery including scope definition, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and project outcomes.

  • Conduct Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and progress reviews.

  • Manage project resources effectively to deliver results on time and within budget.

  • Identify potential risks, propose mitigations, and proactively address delivery challenges.

Process Optimization & Innovation

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business and technical teams.

  • Implement DevOps practices and agile frameworks to enhance efficiency.

  • Support automation and digital transformation initiatives to streamline workflows.

  • Oversee quality assurance and compliance of project deliverables.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Act as the key liaison between management, technical teams, and external vendors.

  • Prepare and present regular project updates, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership.

  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication across project teams to ensure alignment.

Team Management & Collaboration

  • Mentor and guide cross-functional team members to foster collaboration and accountability.

  • Ensure best practices are followed across all project teams.

  • Encourage innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master) preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years experience managing projects within a corporate or technology environment.

  • Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and Design Thinking.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).

  • Experience in CRM implementation, digital transformation, or process improvement projects will be an added advantage.
