Job Overview
Were looking for a warm, professional, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth front desk operations while supporting the broader team and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors warmly and assist with inquiries.
• Manage patient appointments and optimize scheduling.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail professionally and efficiently.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
• Implement emergency protocols when required.
• Collect and report client feedback for service improvement.
• Represent the organization professionally and participate in training sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in office equipment and software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling systems).
• Positive and proactive attitude, especially in challenging situations.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
