Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and assist with inquiries.
- Manage patient appointments and optimize scheduling.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail professionally and efficiently.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Implement emergency protocols when required.
- Collect and report client feedback for service improvement.
- Represent the organization professionally and participate in training sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office equipment and software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling systems).
- Positive and proactive attitude, especially in challenging situations.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
