Job Overview
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin and Marketing Executive to support both administrative operations and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a flair for organization, and a passion for client engagement and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing marketing strategies via emails, calls, and follow-ups.
• Draft, proofread, and send professional correspondence to clients and partners.
• Support management with administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with clients to verify details and follow up on pending documents.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Create and design social media content.
• Support internal team meetings and ensure smooth communication flow.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, email, and basic admin tools.
• Good phone etiquette and confidence in handling client calls.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Prior experience in administrative or marketing support roles is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media content creation and design tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and a collaborative team player.
