WE ARE HIRING: Finance Executive

Job Overview
Were looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to support finance and accounting operations, including reporting, treasury, and process optimization. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to grow in a dynamic, research-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in preparing actual vs. budget/forecast reports and variance analysis.
• Support weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts and daily cash flow reporting.
• Contribute to financial statement preparation and reconciliations.

Treasury & Banking Operations

• Liaise with banking partners and manage cash inflows/outflows.
• Assist with foreign currency transactions and related reporting.
• Support treasury-related tasks including investments and payments.

Process Optimization & Systems Improvement

• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Help maintain internal controls and ensure policy compliance.

Accounting Operations Support

• Support outsourced GL, AP, and AR operations.
• Coordinate with external accounting providers for accurate reporting.
• Maintain audit schedules and compliance documentation.

Project & Ad Hoc Assignments

• Contribute to non-routine financial projects and cross-departmental planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Part or fully qualified in CA, ACCA, or CIMA is an advantage.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
