Role Overview

We are seeking energetic and confident Telemarketers to join our clients dynamic international sales team based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The ideal candidates will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls, promoting engaging digital products, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service to Indian clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell company game products to Indian customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through professional and engaging communication.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain detailed call records and submit daily performance reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and management guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• Indian nationals willing to relocate and work in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or telesales will be an added advantage.
• Confident, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
• Polite, disciplined, and quick-thinking with a positive work attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with phone-based sales systems.
