About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Data Quality Analyst Lead to drive enterprise-wide data quality initiatives and ensure the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and reliability of critical business data. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data owners, and technology teams to establish data quality standards, implement governance practices, and drive continuous improvement across key data domains.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, expertise in data quality management, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization to promote a data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data quality initiatives across multiple business domains.
• Define, monitor, and improve data quality standards, metrics, and controls.
• Develop and implement data quality frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis and remediation planning.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity.
• Establish data quality scorecards, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for stakeholders.
• Drive data profiling, validation, cleansing, and enrichment activities.
• Monitor critical data quality KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
• Support data governance initiatives and ensure adherence to established standards and processes.
• Partner with business users to understand data requirements and implement sustainable quality improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance enterprise data management capabilities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members involved in data quality management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Data Quality Management, Data Governance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with data profiling, data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality monitoring.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience working with data governance and data management platforms will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of data lifecycle management and data governance principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience leading data quality improvement initiatives within large and complex environments.
