WE ARE HIRING: Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable network and security architectures
• Prepare L2/L3 network and security traffic flow diagrams, rack elevations, cable routing plans, and IPAM
• Handle firmware upgrades, device installations, and data center-level configurations
• Lead network and security infrastructure projects including planning, testing, documentation (HLD, LLD, SOW, ATP, AS-BUILT), and user training
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting aligned with ITIL processes
• Collaborate on multi-vendor environments involving Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba, Huawei, etc.
• Administer firewall technologies (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco) and load balancers (A10, Barracuda, F5)
• Implement and support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and virtual platforms (Nutanix, VMware)
• Lead network automation using Ansible, Python, Terraform
• Utilize tools like Cacti, PRTG, Grafana, SolarWinds for monitoring and reporting
• Ensure robust documentation and SOPs for NOC and operations
• Certifications & Technical Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications or Computer Science
• Certifications: CCIE, NSE 78, Palo Alto NGFW Engineer
• 10+ years in a Service Provider (Satellite) network environment
• Expertise in routing protocols and technologies: BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, SDWAN, VXLAN, IPSEC, SSL VPN, GRE, QoS, STP, RADIUS, SAML, LDAP
• Deep packet inspection experience with Sandvine/Allot
• Strong background in Aruba WLC, ClearPass, AirWave, and wireless technologies
• Familiarity with FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAuthenticator
• Proficient in creating RFPs, RFIs, and full project documentation
• Experience in enterprise-grade firewall, load balancer, and Wi-Fi solution deployments

Soft Skills

• Willingness to work 24/7 physically or on-call when required
• Open to travel between office locations in the UAE (Abu Dhabi and Al Ain)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle tight deadlines with a proactive, positive attitude
• Collaborative mindset with transparency and ownership
