WE ARE HIRING : Tech Lead Banking & Business Team

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our Banking & Business Team, reporting directly to the Product Manager. The role will be part of an agile development team, working on enterprise-grade software systems built on the Microsoft .NET stack. The Tech Lead will be responsible for providing technical and team leadership through coaching, mentorship, and ensuring timely delivery of business-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define user stories, tasks, and timelines for assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery within sprint goals.
• Provide technical leadership through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure alignment within the team through daily stand-ups and collaboration.
• Maintain high standards of software quality by enforcing best practices, code reviews, and quality gates (Sonar Cloud).
• Own solutions alongside the team, including daily monitoring, dashboards, KPIs, and proactive issue management.
• Encourage growth, improvement, and collaboration within the team, fostering strong team spirit.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain business applications.
• Refine and tune integrations between applications, while documenting requirements and improvements.
• Analyse and resolve technical/application problems and assess opportunities for process improvement.
• Participate in recruitment by conducting interviews and technical assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest software development trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Experience & Education
• Degree in Software Development or related field.
• Proven experience in retail and corporate banking environments.
• At least 5 years experience in software development with C#, .NET, and SQL Server technologies.
• Familiarity with multiple software development methodologies.
• Experience in requirements capture, analysis, and process improvement.

• Proven people management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Experience in personal development planning, performance management, and mentoring.
• Strong track record in leading and delivering structured software projects.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to influence and drive projects to meet milestones while overcoming challenges.
