Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and expand market share in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and suppliers.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver results.
• Manage and oversee sales operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Degree or professional qualification in Business, Marketing, or Logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage client relationships and sales strategies effectively.
