Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical SEO Developer to join our clients dynamic digital team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about optimizing websites, improving performance metrics, and staying ahead of evolving search engine algorithms. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with development, design, and content teams to drive measurable improvements in search visibility and site performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with web development, design, and content teams to implement advanced technical SEO best practices.

  • Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and crawlability for maximum search engine accessibility.

  • Monitor and enhance core web vitals, page speed, and mobile usability across platforms.

  • Conduct detailed technical SEO audits, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven fixes.

  • Ensure proper setup and maintenance of structured data, canonical tags, and metadata.

  • Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates, indexing trends, and SEO innovations.

  • Set up, track, and monitor KPIs using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and related tools.

  • Manage and support website migrations (e.g., domain changes, HTTPS, and platform shifts) to ensure SEO continuity.

  • Debug and resolve SEO-related issues tied to JavaScript frameworks, rendering, and indexing.

  • Analyze server log files to identify crawling and indexing patterns.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Technical SEO with a proven track record of successful projects.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.

  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent.

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of schema markup, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and canonicalization.

  • Solid problem-solving and debugging skills with a structured, analytical approach.

  • Experience with APIs, server-side optimization, DNS, and CDN management is an advantage.

  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
