Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive student enrollments and business growth for professional short courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into enrollments, executing promotional campaigns, and building strong relationships with prospective learners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets for short courses.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Identify and develop new customer leads and business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct follow-ups and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.
Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of experience in a relevant sales-related role.
- Diploma in a relevant field is mandatory.
- A degree will be an added advantage.
- Age between 25-40 years.
- Prior experience in the FMCG sector will be an added advantage.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
- Positive attitude with active participation in sales activities.
