Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.

- Maintain HR systems, records, and reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field (Professional HR qualification preferred).
- 46 years of progressive HR experience in the apparel or manufacturing sector.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
