WE ARE HIRING : Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who can take ownership of software development, project delivery, and innovation while working on real-time, high-throughput, and mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized business software solutions for diverse sectors.
• Engage in requirement analysis, architecture design, and full-cycle development of high-performance, scalable systems.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project timelines, costs, and deliverables through a structured project management framework.

  ntroduce and maintain industry best practices within the software engineering team to ensure quality and scalability.

• Support system integration and interoperability across platforms.

• Participate in R&D and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree in Computer Science is preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in software development and project delivery.
• Proven expertise in requirement analysis, design patterns, and modern development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in SOA-based application development, web services, socket programming, TCP/IP, and integration architectures.
• Strong database design and implementation skills (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).

• Proficiency in Java and Microsoft technology stacks.

• Experience with Windows, Android, and Linux platforms.

• Knowledge in device-level programming or embedded software (C language) is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile or RUP software development methodologies.
