WE ARE HIRING: Key Account Manager / Executive (Exports)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers / Key Account Executives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with exporters, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues
- Develop and implement account strategies to grow business within assigned customer portfolios
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on business opportunities
Requirements:
- Age between 30- 45 years
- Pleasing and outgoing personality with excellent communication, presentation, writing, and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- 5-6 years of experience for managerial level / 2-3 years for executive level
- Prior experience working with exporters is essential
- Graduate or full/part qualification in SLIM or CIM
