WE ARE HIRING: Operations Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Manage billing and invoicing activities, including raising and allocating invoices.
- Support team members with cost handling, operations queries, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations to develop and enhance internal processes.
- Maintain and update customer profile documents.
- Identify and flag issues with suppliers or customer-related processes for improvement.
- Manage and update customer position lists in a professional format.
- Oversee invoice approval processes using Eyeshare and maintain system accuracy.
- Participate in daily team meetings and liaise with team members for workload planning.
- Provide operations coverage and support as needed.
- Assist with departmental reviews and business performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies on HSSE, ethics, and anti-corruption.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication.
- Competence in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to engage in continuous process improvements.
