Job Overview
Were looking for a strategic and experienced Head of Implementation to lead the end-to-end delivery of software solutions and IT services. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in IT project management, client engagement, and cross-functional leadership, particularly within fast-paced and tech-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for IT/software projects from initiation to post-go-live support.
• Lead and mentor the implementation/project management team.
• Collaborate with sales teams to define accurate project scopes based on client needs.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines and budgets.
• Manage multiple concurrent client implementations, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Align client expectations with internal capabilities and project outcomes.
• Work closely with product, development, and support teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Monitor project performance and proactively mitigate risks.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a strategic advisor during onboarding and deployment.
• Continuously improve implementation methodologies, documentation, and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 - 10+ years of experience in IT project/implementation management.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in leading complex software implementations.
• Deep understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and solution delivery.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
